This game was restarted with 3:05 left to go in the 3rd Quarter after rain had interrupted play during its originally scheduled date of June 23rd. Down 11 points at the beginning of the restart in the 3rd quarter, the Pros stormed back into the game, eventually tying the game then taking a 56 to 53 lead. The final 2 minutes of the game saw three lead changes, with the Prowlers gaining the upper hand after the Pros missed 2 crucial technical freethrows then turning the ball over on their following possession when they had a 58 to 56 lead. On the Prowlers next possession, National Team Player Junior Isles made a strong drive to the basket to tie the game at 58 points. After failing to convert on their next possession, the Pros were forced to foul Junior Isles who calmly sunk both free throws to win the game for his team 60 points to 58. Top scoring for the Prowlers were Junior Isles with a game high 18 points, Ronald Bruno with 12 points, and Matthias Douglas with 11 points while Ramal Carbon scored 15 points, Ernand Lavernier scored 9 points, and Craig Angol scored 8 points for the Pros in a losing effort.Games continue tonight with the following 2 games being played in Massacre:Game 1-7.00pm – Massacre Black Hawks vs. T.F Grand Fond Ball TricksReferees – S.
